Cashew Cream Cheese


I know you are in a rush, no time to read about the benefits, history and the science of making cashew cream cheese... so here it is... Steps 1,2 &3:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews soaked in water (min. 2 hours)

  • 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes

  • 3 drops Young Living Lemon Plus Oils

  • 2 drops Young Living Black Pepper Plus Oils

  • 1/4 tsp. salt or to taste

  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 5 drops of Young Living Lime Plus Oils

  • 1-2 tbsp. dijon mustard or to taste

Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix well.
